How to Use QWhat does "plenty" mean for oil packs? As a guide, 6-10 drops for the entire scalp. For the entire hair, take the oil in your hand with the dropper and apply it evenly. However, the appropriate amount varies depending on individual hair volume, length, and quality. The right amount is what you personally feel makes your "scalp and entire hair moisturized with oil." When first starting, using a slightly larger amount seems to make it easier to feel a difference. QHow long should I leave the scalp oil on? From 5-30 minutes, or even overnight. Many people tell us they feel the most difference when leaving it on for several hours or overnight. Scalp oil awaken your roots is designed to be left on after application. If you have fine hair and are concerned about styling, we recommend applying it at night, rinsing it off the next morning, and then styling as usual. QIs it okay to leave the oil on for a long time? There is no problem. You can leave it on for a full day without issue. If you plan to use it during the day and spend a long time under direct sunlight, it is recommended to take precautions such as wearing a hat. Be careful with night facial oil Night facial oil is for nighttime use only and has an oil composition that is very sensitive to light. Apply it at night, and rinse it off the next morning before going out. QCan I use scalp oil on days when I don't wash my hair? Yes, you can. However, if you continuously don't rinse it off, you might notice stickiness. If this is a concern, we recommend using it on the day before you plan to shampoo. Please use it in a way that feels comfortable to you. QMy hair is fine and the roots tend to flatten. Can I use this? Yes, you can. However, we recommend rinsing it off (oil pack). Avoid applying it directly to dry hair and not rinsing it off (out-bath treatment), as this can easily make the roots heavy. If you have thick or voluminous hair, you can also use it as an out-bath treatment. QMy scalp tends to be oily, can I use this? We recommend using it as a scalp cleanser. Apply the oil to your scalp, leave it on for 15-30 minutes, then rinse it off with shampoo. Please note that stickiness can sometimes be caused by dryness. In such cases, using it consistently until the dryness subsides may ultimately lead to an improvement in the condition. QCan I use it before using a hair iron? Please refrain from using it before a hair iron. Natural plant oils are not designed to be heat-resistant, so they may oxidize or degrade at high temperatures. Only heat-resistant styling oils are suitable for use with hair irons. Using a small amount on the ends of your hair as a finishing touch after using a hair iron is recommended. It helps to control dryness and frizz, adding shine and manageability. Please note that using it before a hairdryer is not a problem. About the Product QThe oil solidified when it got cold. Can I still use it? There is no problem with the quality. You can continue to use it as is. Scalp and hair oil dusk till dawn solidifies at temperatures below 20°C due to the properties of coconut oil, which is a major ingredient. This is a characteristic of natural oils and does not affect the quality. You can also take it in your hand while solidified and melt it in your palm before use. The refill pouch can be used by taking the contents directly into your hand. QHow long after opening should I use it up? The 30mL bottle should be used within 3 months, and the 100mL refill pouch within 6 months as a guide. Since no preservatives are used, the quality is more likely to change after opening. Store in a place that avoids direct sunlight and high temperatures. Transferring the refill pouch contents into an opaque bottle, such as a brown glass bottle, can help maintain quality even better. Precautions for Use QCan pregnant women or small children use it? This product contains essential oils. For pregnant women, it is safest to refrain from use as a precaution. Also, if pre-school children are to use it, we recommend performing a patch test beforehand, just to be safe. QI have sensitive skin, can I use it? Since it contains essential oils, we ask those with sensitive skin and children to perform a patch test before use. Apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area, such as the inside of your arm, and observe for about 24 hours. If there are no abnormalities, you can use it on your scalp. It is safest for pregnant women to refrain from using it. We recommend using scalp oil after childbirth. If any skin abnormalities appear, please discontinue use. Regarding cancellations after order confirmation We kindly request that cancellations for the purpose of using a coupon will not be accepted after your order has been confirmed. You can contact us via either our official LINE or the inquiry form. Please include your name, order number, and the phone number registered at the time of order. We will track your order using that information. For shipping status after dispatch, it is most reliable to contact the delivery company directly. Please contact your local Yamato Transport office. Emails may not be received If you contact us from an iCloud or Mac address, we frequently encounter issues where our replies do not reach you. If you do not receive a reply within 2-3 business days of your inquiry, please contact us again via official LINE. QCan I specify the delivery date and time? Currently, we use Nekoposu to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Please note that Nekoposu generally does not allow for specific date or time delivery. If you absolutely need to specify, please contact us before placing your order to inquire and consult, and we will accommodate where possible.
