01Shipping
Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat rate of 400 yen nationwide, excluding some areas, for this website (hereinafter referred to as "our shop"). Shipping is free for orders totaling 7,700 yen or more.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are designated by our shop and, in principle, cannot be chosen by the customer. We also generally do not accept specified delivery times or dates. If you have any requests regarding shipping, please contact us in advance.
We primarily use Nekoposu, which does not allow for specifying delivery to a parcel locker. If you have a specific request, it is recommended to add it to your address field.
Delivery Days
Generally, delivery takes 2-3 days after shipment (it may take 3-4 days or more for remote islands).
However, this may not apply in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events. Please be aware of this in advance.
Damage During Shipping, etc.
When packing, we take great care to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box during preparation for shipment. However, after handing over to the shipping company, there is a possibility of unforeseen problems during transport or damage due to the shipping company's responsibility. We ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
Furthermore, to be environmentally friendly and minimize shipping costs for our customers, our shop does not use excessive packaging. We strive to ensure products reach customers safely while also reducing shipping costs as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
02Changes and Cancellations to Orders
Cancellations After Order Confirmation
We do not accept cancellations or changes to order details after an order has been confirmed. Please be aware of this in advance.
However, this does not apply in cases of product defects, incorrect shipments, or other reasons attributable to our shop.
Coupons
Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been confirmed. We also do not accept cancellations due to missed coupon application, nor re-orders after cancellation for that reason. We appreciate your understanding.
Coupon-related inquiries are handled before order confirmation.
If the input field does not appear
If you proceed directly from an express checkout such as Shop Pay, the coupon code input field will not appear due to system specifications. Please proceed to the regular (credit card) payment screen, enter and apply the code, and then proceed to checkout. If it does not work, please contact us before confirming your order.
Only coupons registered via LINE can be used even after their expiration date. Please use them for your next purchase.
03Returns & Refund Policy
As our store is an online retailer, the cooling-off period system does not apply. However, to ensure our customers can shop with peace of mind, we offer a unique return guarantee: returns are accepted within 30 days of product receipt. For opened products, this is limited to cases where more than half of the contents remain.
Return Procedure
If you wish to make a return, please contact nagaraj@kaikijapan.com. After we receive your contact, we will provide you with the return address and procedure.
Please contact us first
Products returned before contacting us cannot be accepted. If products are returned without prior contact, a refund will be processed with the round-trip shipping costs deducted after confirming the product's arrival.
Please note that in cases of refusal to accept or non-receipt due to customer convenience, resulting in the return of the product, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Defective Products / Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs and offer a return/exchange or full refund. Please contact nagaraj@kaikijapan.com with photos showing the condition of the product.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase after the return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
